5% non-refundable deposit of the final bid amount. *Sign the sales contract and property disclosure statement
(if available). *The remaining balance and all applicable closing costs are due within 30 days of the auction.

their behalf. - Financing Contingencies: Properties are sold without contingencies. If financing is needed, buyers must be
pre-qualified prior to the auction and be approved by SCRA. All inspections required by the lender must be
completed before bidding. - Possession Default: Possession will transfer at closing, upon the filing of the deed, If the seller fails to
